Dave Peffer – Director-General, City and Environment Directorate

Dave Peffer is the Director-General of the City and Environment Directorate (CED), where he leads work across urban planning, environmental sustainability, infrastructure delivery, transport, and regulatory services.

Before joining CED, Dave was Chief Executive Officer of Canberra Health Services, where he supported improvements in service delivery and workforce engagement. He has held senior roles across the ACT Government and brings experience in managing complex operations and supporting public sector reform.

Dave is committed to working collaboratively across government and with the community to help shape a liveable and inclusive Canberra.
