MBA Women in Construction Dinner and Panel: July 2025
You're invited to the 2025 MBA Women in Construction Dinner and Panel, our premier annual networking event for women in the building industry.
Held at the vibrant Louie Louie bar at Verity Lane Market nestled in the iconic Sydney Building, the event offers a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals while enjoying delicious food, beverages and live entertainment from Rhythm & Girl.
The event will feature a dynamic panel discussion with three exceptional local women leaders in the industry including Natasha Stoka from Regal Homes, Peita de Boer from Manteena Security and Graciete Ferreira from Pacific Formwork. Accomplished Sunrise presenter Edwina Bartholomew returns by popular demand as our host, and the panel will explore timely topics, including navigating current pressures in industry, building resilience and planning your legacy.
We will also have a lucky door prize available on the night - a Hale Spa gift voucher, thanks to Hale Health Those that don't win the voucher on the night, will also receive a small take-home gift from the MBA team.

Graciete Ferreira
Graciete is Managing Director at Pacific Formwork. Grace was the first female non-executive board member of Master Builders Australia in 130 years and brings decades of leadership across construction, training, and community boards, driving progress with expertise and impact.

Natasha Stoka
Natasha is Managing Director of Regal Homes. With 30 years in the family business, she rose from receptionist to owner, bringing heart, high standards, and fresh vision. A proud mother of four and second-generation leader, Natasha is shaping Regal Homes into a legacy of care, quality, and innovation.

Peita de Boer
Peita is Director at Manteena Security, specialising in delivering complex defence and security projects. A former New Zealand Army Engineering Officer, she brings global experience from operations in Afghanistan and East Timor and was awarded the Distinguished Service Decoration for outstanding leadership in challenging environments.

As an Ambassador for the Nelune Foundation and Y House in Melbourne, Edwina is committed to community impact. Her engaging podcast series with Woolworths spotlighted "everyday farmers," showcasing her passion for giving voice to the unheard. Edwina has an innate ability to connect with everyone she meets and we look forward to her returning to host our 2025 panel.
